Self-help booklet to help parents instil positive coping methods in their children

An assessment tool to help youth build resilience, and a guide teaching parents how to instil positive coping methods in their children. These are among new resources to help the young look after their mental health made available by the National University Health System. They can be found in a self-help booklet written by clinical psychologists, which contains frequently asked questions, as well as scenarios and strategies parents can use in their daily interactions with children. It was launched alongside an exhibition that aims to destigmatise mental health among youth.
