Most women don’t understand or are not aware of the
impact stress and other factors have on their health. addressing this issue is key to improving
women’s health in the UAE. Gloria Halim is the author of “Healing Foods Healthy Foods” and a holistic health & wellness coach. Trained at Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY. Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Member of the International Association for Health Coaches. Gloria specializes in women’s health and wellness, taking them “from stressed and exhausted to living more energetic, vibrant lives”. She works with clients on a 1-2-1 basis, with focus on managing stress and balancing hormones. She guides and supports women on their journey to health and wellness by utilizing her two popular programs – The Thrive Technique TM & Blissfully Balanced
