it’s so annoying because i genuinely like eating healthy but my mom FORCES me to eat sugar because she thinks i’m “missing out”. if i want to eat sugar, i’ll eat sugar but if i don’t then i like to eat healthy most of the time because i enjoy it

Thank you for your kind response earlier. Am coping with medical issues plus an accident am in a lot of pain. Going to talk to my doctor next week. Oddly, I was starting to eat after med issues and favored nuts, garlic, salad greens fruits potatoes baked in m/w. what about sauses?
I noticed listening to you none of the foods I eat homemade or store bought are meant to taste and enjoy. I just eat because I have to and I have to be an "example" for my baby so she won't eat alone. This was eye opening
