Adult ADHD: When to Get Help

Being diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood I have learned how to manage not just my own life, but keeping kids and a home running. This is my story and my advice on what to ask yourself if you are thinking about getting help.

It can be scary to get assessed and wait for that diagnosis, but I truly believe that knowledge is power and the sooner you learn about how your brain operates, the sooner you can learn what coping skills and tools will be the best asset for you.
